With 85% of the constituency previously being covered by some form of health insurance prior to the passage of health reform, it is of no surprise that the majority of that constituency now thinks the reform was unnecessary and a costly mistake to them. But this type of thinking is so short-sighted, because the previous "system" was on a fast track to total failure.
