The one thing that you can can count on is that 'Change always begets Change', and when the bulk of change is predominantly negative (as in the crash of our country's economy), it gives great life to 'opportunity' for positive change to arise from the ashes. True, it is not easy, but all will ultimately accept that it is essential, and the alternatives are totally unacceptable. Smart energy policy changes going forward will become more and more widely acceptable to even the worst cynics of change. Now is the time to gather all our strength and conviction, and combine all of our efforts to gather the very best of ideas from the "Pickens" plan, the president-elect's plans, and many others now rising to prominence - and move forward with them as quickly as possible. We will never regret what we do for ourselves, our country, and the world in this regard. All will feel the pain, but so will all reap the reward and satisfaction for putting the right foot forward ... NOW.
